PHOTO-JOURNALISTIC WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

Wedding photojournalism is the photographing of weddings in a candid, unobtrusive style, a real-time documentary of events.

In simple terms wedding photojournalism tells the story of your wedding day by recording it as it happens, rather than dictating its course with hours of traditional posed shots. You and your guests just get on and enjoy the day. And we get to photograph beautiful people having fun while fabulously dressed in amazing locations. Perfect. But, although that sounds simple, being able to deliver what you expect, in any conditions, without directing the action takes some experience.

As wedding photojournalists our aim is to discretely photograph every natural moment of your day. From the preparations, through to the third, or fourth, floor-filling dance. From the tiniest glance between bride and groom during the service, to the "I can't believe he said that" during the speeches. And from these images we then design a truly unique album and present you with a beautiful finished book of genuine moments. And because there's always two of us, we'll see and capture more than either of you'll remember.

When you look back at photo-journalistic wedding photography the pictures will evoke the emotion of your day. It will all come flooding back to you, the joy, the tears and the anticipation. Even if you are looking at a complete strangers wedding photographs, you will get a sense of that particular wedding day, that particular couple and that couples friends. Its so much more than a collection of candid photographs.

We are very proud WPJA Wedding Photojournalists.
